I receive great enjoyment from learning and creating. However, I enjoy writing all forms, which include family-oriented fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. In my mind, creativity encompasses all of it. My fiction incorporates science fiction along with action-adventure types of material.
My series called Rogue Agent gives some insight into the book I will publish called Prophecy Unfolded. Quite an exciting and intriguing lead-in to the actual book.
Also, I have a journal for my grandson, who I hope will one day read it when he reaches adulthood. If he doesn’t read it, that’s okay. I hope he never forgets me.
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:11, KJV).
In our walk with the Lord as true believers, we meet up with struggles and battles every day. Of course, we will never be free of this, as we saw in my previous post: Be Strong! But only in the Lord.
Since war is an integral part of being a believer, we must understand that it will never end while we live in this world as humans.
When I was a child, I would daydream about being…
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. (Ephesians 6:10, KJV)
Since our leaders continuously involve our country in warfare, most of us either know someone who saw combat firsthand or someone who knew someone and could share their story.
My dad was in the Korean War and told us some horror stories that would make your toes curl. Once he returned, he ended up on skid row. Eventually, the Lord saved and brought him out of that lifestyle. However, I digress.
Anyway, most of us (if not all) have heard the stories…
Her husband left the room to take care of stuff in the other room. As she looked around, nothing seemed familiar. Still, she stayed where she was. Would he return? Of course, he always did. As she waited, she spent time praying and slowly started to drift off to sleep.
Suddenly, she jerked awake. What was wrong? Something seemed out of place, but she couldn’t figure out what it was. She looked around and yawned. Well, she could always go back to sleep. While in the middle of moving around, her heart stood still.
Tendrils of the blanket slowly and…
As Amandine tossed restlessly, her mind filled with thoughts of that Glanderian she had seen previously taking over both Glanderia and Terra. If she didn’t do something, eventually, both worlds would become horribly evil.
What can I do about it? I’m only one person? If no one follows me, I’m sure he will overcome and kill me at some point.
She shuddered, then gradually, without realizing it, dropped into a troubled sleep.
Surprised, she looked around at the front of the childhood house she remembered living in before Patro disappeared. Seeing no one else about her, she sighed deeply over…
Last year, a couple visited our church for awhile and finally became members. After a time, our church found out that we had some issues in the fellowship hall and downstairs bathroom. The paint looked horrible!
The husband told us about a group that he worked with called Hard Hats For Christ. Many of those who work with this group are RV’ers. Here’s an excerpt from their website:
RV’ers for Christ “Serve Those Who Serve Others” at Christian camps and Bible schools, small churches and other Christian organizations throughout the continental United States. …
“Amandine, don’t give yourself away too soon. He can reach into the crystal and find you, if necessary. Calm your mind and watch.”
Taking a deep breath, Amandine thought about Marcia. For the second time, she quieted herself down. Something distracted the leader, and he turned back to the two men before him.
“Tyenke and Sorente, go over and prepare for leaving.”
The men flinched and spoke in unison, “Yes, O Master of all!”
As Amandine started to leave, the whole vision gradually dissolved. …
“Tyenke and Sorente,” a voice yelled. “Come here immediately!”
Quickly, Amandine came to a standstill. Her view of the outside changed abruptly to inside a vast room that she recognized.
Am I in Glanderia? It doesn’t look anything like it did when I first went there? What happened?
As she looked around to see the differences, her senses honed in on specific details. To her left, a door led to another part of the building. When she went through the room with Matra the last time, the tubes seemed closer to the door than now.
Before any more thoughts continued…
